Denny Kang Named Enterprise Rent-A-Car Athlete of the Week

Denny Kang (South Park/South Park) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Athlete of the Week for the week of March 29, 2010.

Kang put in a great performance at the Wheeling Invitational which took place on Saturday, March 27.  Kang is an experienced pole vaulter who displayed his skills when he vaulted over 15 feet at the Invitational.  This mark of over 15 feet became a new Penn State Behrend Track and Field record.

The Behrend Lions will be off for a short period of time before they travel to the Carnegie Mellon University Invitational on Friday, April 9.  The blue and white will then participate in the Westminster Invitational on Saturday, April 17.

The Penn State Behrend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Athlete of the Week is selected by the Penn State Behrend Sports Information Athletic Staff.
