Bio
Alex Margraf, a 2016 Behrend graduate and a four-year member of the baseball team, is entering his first season as the assistant sports information director.
Margraf, an outfielder and two-time All-AMCC selection for the Lions, compiled 167 hits, an on-base percentage of .377, and a batting average of .324 over his career. During his sophomore season, Margraf was voted as team MVP, named to Third Team All-Conference, and led the team with 38 runs scored, 26 RBIs, and 59 hits while compiling a .355 batting average. As a junior, he batted .351 with 47 hits, 25 runs scored, and 22 RBIs. He also added 10 doubles and two homeruns while being named to Second Team All-Conference.
Off the field, Margraf represented the baseball team as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Margraf received a bachelor of science in accounting in the spring. He is now pursuing his MBA at Behrend.
