Penn State Behrend junior pitcher Jack Herzing (St. Mary's, PA/Elk County Catholic) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Pitcher of the Week for his performance over the weekend against Spalding.

ERIE, Pa. - Penn State Behrend junior pitcher Jack Herzing (St. Mary's, PA/Elk County Catholic) was named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Pitcher of the Week for his performance over the weekend against Spalding.

After missing last season due to injury, the lefty looked to get off to a great start to begin the 2017 campaign and did just that. Herzing toss four innings in game two against the Golden Eagles. He struck out 10 batters and gave up just one hit.
