Barnes Named to D3baseball.com Team of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend baseball junior Dylan Barnes has been named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week.

Barnes, the current Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Player of the Week, hit .611 for the week, going 11-for-16 with 13 RBIs, four home runs and a double for the Lions. He registered multiple hits in all four games he played. He posted a 1.333 slugging percentage and .650 on-base percentage.

The Team of the Week is D3baseball.com's weekly honor roll, in its fifteenth season of recognizing the top performers at each of nine positions from the previous week. Players are selected from nominations from their school's sports information directors.  

The Lions will face Thiel in their home opener today at 2 p.m.
