Bolla Selected NCBWA Division III Pitcher of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend baseball junior Colin Bolla has been National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Division III Pitcher of the Week.

Bolla was also selected to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week and the AMCC Pitcher of the Week. The lefty recorded a no-hitter in a 1-0 win over Pitt-Bradford on Saturday. The junior starter fanned 12 out of 26 batters faced in the complete seven-inning game.

He is the sixth pitcher in program history to accomplish this feat.

The Lions will travel to Franciscan today for a nine-inning non-conference game.
