ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend men's basketball team will travel to Pittsburgh, Pa. to take on La Roche in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) opener for both teams on Wednesday night. The game begins at 8 p.m.

* The Redhawks, the defending AMCC Champions, are 1-1 on the season and have not played since tip-off weekend
* La Roche lost to Marietta 91-87 in the season opener and then defeated Wesley 91-80 the next day
* Senior guard Ray Quan Phifer was named the 2018-19 AMCC Preseason Player of the Year. Phifer returns after scoring 13.5 points per game last season
* Phifer became the 15th player in La Roche history to reach 1,000 career points on Nov. 17th against Wesley
