Watters, Stoeckle Named SUNYAC Swimmers of the Week
Penn State Behrend swimmers Camryn Watters and Isaac Stoeckle were named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Swimmers of the Week.
ERIE, Pa. – Penn State Behrend swimmers Camryn Watters and Isaac Stoeckle were named the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Swimmers of the Week.
Watters won both the 100 backstroke (59.17) and 200 backstroke (2:13.62) and was a member of the fourth-place 200 free relay team, as well as the sixth-place 200 medley relay team at the Geneseo Quad Meet on Saturday.
Stoeckle was first in the 100 backstroke (51.68), three seconds ahead of the next finisher, and 200 backstroke (1:59.06) at the Geneseo Quad Meet. He also led off the fourth-place 200 medley relay with a PR of 23.54 and he was part of the third-place 200 free relay team.
The Lions return to action on Saturday at Penn State Altoona. Meet begins at 1 p.m.
