ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend men's swimming and diving team won nine events and broke two records to defeat Fredonia 128-42 in non-conference action on Sunday.
Key Moments:
* The Lions had seven individual wins and two relay to earn their final dual-meet victory of the season
* Behrend set a new school record in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:26.27
* The relay consisted of Isaac Stoeckle, Will Perham, Ryan Okey and Anthony Tumino
* The Lions also set a team record in the 200 free relay in a time trial, not a scheduled event
* Tumino, Stoeckle, Aaron DiFlippo and Zachary Turner did better than their best at 1:23.98
* Ryan Kelly was the first individual winner in the 200 free (1:58.89) and Glenn Fowkes won the 50 free (22.68)
* Michael Kali touched first in the 100 free (50.98) and Nicolin Pierce won the 500 free (5:09.43)
* The final swimming victory went to Egan Dennison in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.40)
* The diving events went to Kyle Malec
* Malec scored 191.05 on the one-meter board for the win and then posted a 193.35 on the three-meter board for the sweep
