Brett Wilson
Bio

Brett Wilson joins Penn State Behrend as the assistant track & field and cross country coach.

Before coming to Behrend, Wilson served as a performance coach with Team ATHLETE.X Track & Field and Performance Training, where he worked with elite and developing athletes across multiple events. He also coached at Wright State University, assisting with sprints, hurdles, jumps, relays, pole vault, multis, and throws, and contributed to recruiting and program operations. In addition, Wilson spent several years coaching at Niles McKinley High School, guiding athletes to conference, county, and state-level success. His coaching experience also includes an internship at the SPIRE Institute / Michael Johnson Performance Center, a U.S. Olympic Training Site, where he gained valuable experience in high-performance training and competition operations.

A graduate of Youngstown State University, Wilson earned a degree in exercise science.
