Women's Soccer Ready to Compete For Eighth Straight AMCC Crown

ERIE, Pa. – The No. 1 Penn State Behrend women's soccer team will host No. 5 Penn State Altoona in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Semifinals on Wednesday night on the Behrend fields at 5 p.m.

* The Lions enter the AMCC Championships looking to defend their title and capture their eighth straight conference crown
* Behrend has won a conference-leading 13 AMCC Championships in the 22-year history
* The Lions claimed the AMCC regular-season title and posted their third straight undefeated season in conference play
* Behrend is back in action for the first time in over a week. The Lions last defeated D'Youville 7-0 last Tuesday
* Brenna McGuire and Emily Indof are the top two goal scorers in the AMCC. McGuire leads with 15 and Indof is second with 13.

* Altoona is looking for its first AMCC semifinal victory since 2011
