COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women's track & field team competed in four events on day one of the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships hosted by Ursinus College.
Key Moments:
* Julia Balaski took 13th place in the javelin with a throw of 33.59m (110-2)
* The 4x100 relay team of Chloe Yazembiak, Abigial Falk, Caroline McDevitt and Anna Buck ran 49.62 to take 22nd in the preliminaries
* Falk also ran the 100m preliminaries, taking 39th overall with a time of 12.87
* In the 5000m, Kelsey Hanna and Lindsey Hartle each ran for the Lions
* Hanna posted a time of 18:30.63 for 24th place and Hartle crossed the finish line in 18:36.96 for 27th overall
