WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend women's water polo team dropped two games at the Washington & Jefferson Invitational on Saturday.
Match One
Score/2 OT: Grove City 17, Penn State Behrend 13
Records: Grove City (4-12), Penn State Behrend (4-9)
Key Moments:
* Behrend controlled a 10-7 lead after three quarters, led by a pair of goals from Makenzie Rickerd (Rockford, MI/Rockford) and Darragh Martin (Green Lane, PA/Perkiomen)
* Sophomore Dylan Scherping (Harleysville, PA/Souderton) tallied two scores in the fourth quarter
* The Wolverines scored a goal with one second left in regulations to knot the score at 13 apiece and forced overtime
