Women’s Cross Country Prepped for AMCC Title Defense

* The Lions are looking for their seventh consecutive and 15th overall championship
* Lindsey Hartle was the AMCC individual runner up last season to be named All-Conference
* Joining Hartle on the All-Conference team was Baylee Dernar, the AMCC Newcomer of the Year, Bethany Litwiler, Alivia Hetrick, Ivy Laffan and Sam Abate
* Dernar finished fourth at last year's championships, while Litwiler was seventh, Hetrick was ninth and Abate took 10th overall
* As a team, Behrend owns 11 of the top-15 conference 6k times this season
* Hartle is third in the AMCC top times with a 24:33.4 finish at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble
* Litwiler is fourth with a time of 24:53.6 at the same meet
* The Top 10 runners on Saturday will be named to the AMCC All-Conference Team
