Wade, Kachurick Named AMCC Divers of the Week

ERIE, Pa. – Freshman Meghan Wade and sophomore Lucas Kachurick have been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Divers of the Week.

Wade earned the Female Diver of the Week after winning the one-meter competition in her first collegiate tri-meet this weekend. She won with a score of 240.80 and also tallied the best score in the three-meter diving event (251.35).

Kachurick continues right where he left off last season. After earning AMCC Diver of the Week eight times last season, Kachurick can add another one under his belt with his performance on Saturday against Bethany. He won the 1-meter diving with a score of 289.70 for six dives and collected the best 3-meter score.

The Lions return to action on Saturday at home against Baldwin-Wallace. Meet time is 1 p.m.
