Lions Sweep AMCC Diving Honors

Sophomores Meghan Wade and Andrew Neder have been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Divers of the Week for their performance on Saturday.

ERIE, Pa. - Sophomores Meghan Wade (Berea, OH/Berea) and Andrew Neder (Erie, PA/Fairview) have been named the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Divers of the Week for their performance on Saturday.

Wade dominated the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events in a tri-meet against Bethany and Franciscan. She placed first in both events, earning a score of 202.50 on the one-meter board and posting a winning score of 192.50 on the three-meter board.

Neder dove into first place in the one and three-meter events to help the Lions defeat Bethany. He scored 158.45 in the three meter and 187.20 in the one-meter competition.

Behrend returns to action on Nov. 10 at Franciscan. Meet time is 1 p.m.
