Women’s Tennis Heading to NCAA Tournament
The Penn State Behrend women’s tennis team earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament after winning the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championship in the fall.

ERIE, Pa. – The Penn State Behrend women’s tennis team earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament after winning the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Championship in the fall.
The Lions (11-7) will travel to the Battleground Outdoor Complex in Fredericksburg, Virginia to face Hunter College (10-6) on Friday at 2 p.m. The winner will play Johns Hopkins (16-5) on Saturday.
Behrend is playing in the 49-team tournament for the second consecutive season.
